Safety and security are both top of the list of priorities for CPM.
Safety
CPM undertake annual risk assessments, which covers all communal areas. These assessments make sure that the stairwells landings and all other communal areas are safe and well lit. Along with the yearly assessment the signage, the fire doors and emergency lighting are checked on a monthly basis. This makes certain that they are functioning correctly and that signage remains clear. Every three years an external company is used to provide an external audit of the work undertaken by CPM and this goes hand in hand with three yearly electrical checks. Security
DL continues to update it’s security measures where appropriate in order to provide a necessary level of coverage that is not over intrusive. To this end the latest camera technology and digital playback facilities are employed to cover all communal areas. Please play your part in making certain that DL remains a safe place to live.
