  • Internet & Phone Lines

As of March 2022, fibre optic has been installed in Denham Lodge which will allow superfast speeds up to 1GB.

If you would like faster Broadband speeds, then contact your current supplier and tell them the package you require.  Your supplier will then visit site and install a new hub in your flat, which will be wired from a small network receiver installed just outide your flat. Please note this work is undertaken independently of CPM.

Once the new hub is installed, the new contracted speeds should be immediately available.  The installation should take no more than one hour on site.

Going forward, CPM will play no part in the provision or maintenance of this service.  Any service issues will need to be directed to your supplier.

  • Water Supply

Denham Lodge Residents Association is not a direct customer of Affinity Water. Affinity’s custom is with each individual flat and minor supply problems should be dealt with by owners/occupiers in the first instance.

When supply problems do occur they are usually related to the pressure being provided to the flat or block by the supplier Affinity Water. There have been occasions where in conjunction with the Environment Agency, Affinity Water has decided to reduce the pressure ‘to deal with demand, leakage and/or shortage of supply.’ The Board has sought assurance that the block will continue to receive the current pressure of 3.1 bar from the supplier, and Affinity Water have confirmed in writing (with caveats) that there are no plans to include the area in any further Pressure Reduction Programme. However should the water supply become a problem again it is recommended that the residents complain directly to Affinity Water rather than channel complaints through the Board.
